Once on the Share page, you can generate code for a single field to be embedded in an email's HTML that is sent out via a specific service such as Mailchimp, Sendgrid and others. The chosen field, interactive and clickable, will be shown right in the recipient's email, redirecting them to the form itself and recording the data. It's best used together with Icons choice, Images choice or Scoring.

Enabling restrictions only requires you to set the maximum number of submissions per form, or specify a certain date until/after which submissions from users will be accepted.
